Refund policy

If you change your mind,
we work with you.

The short version: 24-hour money-back guarantee before we submit to Apple. After that, case-by-case — and we lean generous. We've never let a confused customer leave angry, and we don't plan to start.

TL;DR

Within 24 hours, before we submit to Apple: full refund, no questions asked.
After we submit: case-by-case, we lean generous, email us.
If you don't recognize the charge: email us before disputing, we'll always refund a confused customer.

The 24-hour rule

You get a full refund — no questions asked — if you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before we submit your listing to Apple. We submit on the next business day, so this gives you a real refund window even on Friday afternoon.

To request: email support@amregistration.com from the email you signed up with. Subject "Refund" works fine. We process the refund through Stripe same business day. Stripe pushes it back to your card; your bank takes 5–10 days to actually post it. We can't speed that part up — sorry.

After we submit to Apple

Once your listing is in Apple's developer portal, we've already spent labor on the submission and started the verification cycle. We can't unsend it.

That said: refunds after submission are case-by-case, and we lean generous. Common situations:

  • You changed your mind on day 2 or 3. Email us. We typically refund 50–80% depending on how far along submission is.
  • Apple rejected your listing and we couldn't fix it. Full refund. We don't keep money for a service that didn't deliver.
  • Your business closed before going live. Email us. We typically refund a portion based on how much work we'd already done.
  • You meant to use Apple's free tool and didn't realize we were a paid third party. Email us. We will refund. Always. Every time. We'd rather refund every confused customer than have one feel scammed.

Chargebacks

If you don't recognize "AMR LISTING SVC" on your statement, please email us before filing a chargeback with your bank. A 60-second email solves what a 60-day chargeback dispute can't.

Chargebacks cost us $15–25 in bank fees on top of the refund itself, so we end up worse off than if we'd just refunded you directly. We will always refund a legitimately confused customer through Stripe, same day, no questions asked. We just need you to email us first.

If you're upset right now

Email support@amregistration.com with "Refund" in the subject line. Same-business-day reply. We'd genuinely rather refund you than fight a dispute — that's not a marketing line, it's how we keep our chargeback rate low and our reputation intact.

What's not refundable

  • Maintenance updates we've already performed (e.g. address change pushed through, photos uploaded).
  • Resubmissions after a confirmed Apple rejection if we already successfully resubmitted and the listing is now live.
  • Charges older than 12 months, except in the chargeback-confusion case described above.

Common refund questions

How long does a refund take?

We process the refund through Stripe the same business day. Stripe pushes it back to your card; your bank takes 5–10 business days to actually show it. Some debit cards take longer. If you don't see it in 14 days, email us — sometimes things get stuck in bank ACH limbo.

What if I paid via a different method?

All AMR charges are processed through Stripe. If you see a charge from us that did not come through Stripe, that's not us — report it to your bank as fraud and email support@amregistration.com so we can investigate any spoofing.

Can I get a partial refund if Apple takes too long?

If Apple's review takes longer than the typical 10–14 days — we don't refund based on that alone, because we can't control Apple's queue. But if the listing fails to go live within 60 days, we refund proportionally and keep working on it. Reach out and we'll work it out.
