Yes, New Jersey. The website used to say New York because someone told us in 2016 that customers trusted New York companies more. We're going to be honest now.
Hours
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern. We don't reply on weekends, but emails sent Sunday at 11pm get answered Monday morning. We are extremely consistent about this.
"What is AMR LISTING SVC on my statement?"
That's us. Email support@amregistration.com with the charge date and amount — we'll reply within one business day with the full order details. If you'd rather just have it refunded, say so. We will refund a confused customer faster than we'll fight a chargeback. Every time.
We don't have a customer service phone line. We've tried it three different times. Email is genuinely faster — same-business-day reply, every weekday, including the weird edge cases. If you really need to talk to a human, ask in your email and we'll call you back.
