Wait — are you Apple?
No. We get this a lot. We pay Apple's developer fees and submit your listing through their portal. Apple®, Apple Maps®, and Siri® are trademarks of Apple Inc.
Different company. Different building. Different state, even.

Wait — you're really in New Jersey?
Yes. The website used to say "New York" because someone told us in 2016 that customers trusted New York companies more. We made a New York PO box and stuck it in the footer. We've been mildly embarrassed about it for 9 years.
We're actually in Sparta, NJ. We've been here the whole time. We're going to be honest about it now.

Why is your charge labeled "AMR LISTING SVC"?
Because we're AMR, and this is the listing service. Your statement will not say "Apple" anywhere — we are not in the business of confusing your bookkeeping.
If you don't recognize the charge: email support@amregistration.com with the date and amount. We'll confirm the order within one business day. Or refund it. Whichever you prefer.

Why pay if Apple's tool is free?
Same reason H&R Block exists when IRS forms are also free.
Apple's free portal works if you have the patience to submit, get rejected, fix something, resubmit, get rejected again — a hundred rounds of that. If that's you, please go free. We exist for owners who'd rather pay once and never think about Apple Maps again.

What if Apple rejects my listing?
We resubmit at no additional charge. Most rejections are formatting or category issues we can fix in one round. If a listing genuinely cannot be approved (very rare — usually an unverifiable address), we issue a full refund regardless of the 24-hour window.

Can I cancel and get my money back?
24-hour money-back guarantee, no questions asked, as long as we haven't already submitted to Apple. We submit on the next business day, so you have a real refund window.
After we submit, refunds are case-by-case. We lean generous: when in doubt, we refund. Email support@amregistration.com and we'll work with you.

How long until I'm actually live?
Typical: 10–14 business days from submission. Worst case: up to 30 if Apple's verification process takes longer (e.g. mail-based address verification).
We don't control Apple's review queue, just the speed and accuracy of submission. We'll email you when it goes live. If it takes longer than 60 days for any reason, we refund proportionally.

Will my listing rank higher because I paid you?
No. Apple decides ranking. We just get you on the map. After that you're on your own — but at least you exist, which is more than most of your competition can say on Apple Maps.

Can I update my listing later?
Yes, anytime, free for life. Email us with changes — new hours, new photos, address change, additional categories — and we push the update same business day.
This is the part most owners don't realize they need until two years in. It's also what people are really paying for.

Do you also list on Google?
No. We chose to be excellent at one thing instead of okay at two. Google Business Profile is free at google.com/business — that's the right place for the Google side.
