1. Introduction

We specialize in assisting businesses to register and manage their listings on Apple Maps. Our services include submission of business details, optimization of listing information, and ongoing updates and support related the listings.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

3. Nature of Services

We are not affiliated with Apple Inc. We operate independently to facilitate the registration and management of your business listing on Apple Maps.

We do not guarantee specific results from the use of our services, including the placement of pin markers or visibility of listings on Apple Maps, as these are controlled by Apple.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your business and to update this information as necessary.
• You confirm that you are the business owner and/or are authorized by the business to register it on Apple Maps.
• You acknowledge that you understand the nature of our service and that we are an independent service provider assisting in registering your business on Apple Maps.
• You confirm that you are the cardholder and/or are authorized by the cardholder to make the payment.
• You are responsible for reviewing your listing once it is live and notifying us if there are any issues or if changes are needed.
• You must be willing to have your business address displayed on the map, as hiding the address is not an option on Apple Maps.
• You acknowledge that Apple may link your business listing to your Yelp page, and that this linkage is at the discretion of Apple and not controlled by us.

5. Payments and Refunds

You agree to pay for the services provided as outlined in the agreed-upon fees at the time of service provision.

Refunds are available within 24 hours of payment or until your business details have been submitted to Apple Maps, whichever occurs first.

6. Dispute Resolution

• In case of disputes related to our services, you agree to contact us directly to resolve the issue.
• You agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes with your credit card issuer or banks unless you have made a reasonable effort to resolve the issue with us first.
• We will investigate disputed transactions and respond appropriately. If a dispute is found to be fraudulent or without merit, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover funds.

7. Limitations of Liability

We will not be liable for any losses incurred due to inaccuracies in the information you provide, nor for the actions or decisions of Apple Maps regarding the visibility and placement of your listing.

8. Modifications to Terms

These terms may be amended at any time, and your continued use of our services following any changes confirms your acceptance of these revised terms.
